Help installing Windows Themes

Where do i put these, i wanted to download this aero-XP Theme but i dont no what to do when i downloaded it.... like if i download one it goes to winzip and i cant get it. or if i go under windows blind and click on install skin it just says There apperas to be no .uis file in this skin, are you sure its a windows blind skin?

Aero-XP is a DesktopX theme and you will need to download the DesktopX program in order to load this theme.

After you download and install DesktopX open the Aero-XP zip file and there should be an Aero-XP.desktop file. Double click it and it should then load. The other zip file are fonts that you should put in your fonts folder.
