I am not getting thumbnail previews in stardock central when I browse for wallpapers, cursors, wb themes, etc. Anyone else having this problem?

I didn't at first but then I went into setting and changed to medium thumbs, then right clicked a gallery and refreshed it, thumbs started showing up
