WindowBlinds Not Working

That problem occurs when I try to install Windowblinds. Please help, thanks in advance.

Microsoft has suggested downloading the latest updates/service packs in most of the Reference errors I have looked in to. I couldn't read the actual error numbers, but again, updating is a good start.
