I need help from Stardock Support badly

Sent email and reminders between Sunday and tonight (Tue) to request activation assistance. My OD is stuck here. Just renewed last month and got this activation maxium reached message. My email is ishiok@singnet.com.sg. Please help ASAP.

Go to stardock.helpserve.com and verify that your case was created. An email to suppport should have created one. If you don't see it, create a new one. All will be well.

ishiok: Please be aware that Support requests should be answered within 48 business hours. I was able to pull up your ticket which was received a little over 24 hours ago. I've already sent you a response though with the hopes we can have your issues resolved asap.

Please note: As mentioned in the autoresponder, writing in again under the same ticket will likely reset your place in the queue   (Your ticket is marked as 5 hours old)

Kris from Stardock has helped me out earlier. Now my OD is alive and kicking again. Thankz for the tip buddy.
