Compatibility problem with ActiveWords

I'm a licensed user of Multiplicity (v.1.02) and have a Motion Computing Tablet PC and a Sony Vaio desktop PC, both running Windows XP SP2. I have ActiveWords installed on both machines.

When the Tablet PC is configured as the primary machine and the desktop PC as secondary, ActiveWords works fine on both machines. However, when the desktop is primary and the Tablet PC secondary, the ActiveWords program installed on the secondary machine doesn't recognize keystrokes.

Tech support at ActiveWords referred me here. Hope you can help. Thanks

I was under the impression ActiveWords had corrected this bug in their software previously.

I've tried the latest Activewords on a desktop and tablet with MP 1.02 and the latest internal build. I'm not having any trouble with the hotkey feature (F8) to invoke one of the defined/user added actions, so I'm not sure what to advise here. Apart from checking for anything else that might be interacting with the keyboard on the tablet.

They fixed up the incompatibility just about a year ago.
