More intelligent auto-exploring w/multiple ships

It is frustrating when I have three or four survey ships out, but two of them (or more) decide the follow the same path, one right after the other. (And to do it from location to location from that point forward.)

It is similarly frustrating when your auto-survey ship follows behind an AI auto-survey ship from one anomaly to the next, just in time to see the other ship getting the benefit of reaching each one first.
