blur in Titlebars / Window borders?

Hey guys.
I just wanted to ask whether or not it is anyhow possible to blur titlebars and window borders, for example in the "dreamland" skin.
I managed to blur the taskbar via 'BackgroundEffect=10' but it doesn't work for other things

Please help!

That setting only impacts the taskbar.

So there's no possibility of doing the same with the titlebar?

Doesn't anyone have an idea?
Neil as I think you are a WB Developer could you please tell me if it's possible or not?

It is not possible. Windows before Vista was not designed for such effects. It's pretty amazing that Stardock managed to allow transparent borders. But blurring is currently not possible I'm afraid.
