Invisible starbase

I wanted to upgrade an economy starbase in a sector, but I couldn't find it... After some searching I found out that the starbase had turned invisible (for me at least). I made a screenshot (external link, Brinkster is pretty crappy): Link. I hovered the mouse over the starbase, but as you can see there is nothing to see
