Need help on DesktopX (Always on top)

I', trying to create a image that will stay on top of every thing even game or full screen

Can Any one help me??

In the opbect properties, go to the relation tab and change the z-order to "Always on top"

As far as I know there is no way to keep your object on top of a program running in full screen mode like windows media player. Even if you set z-order to always on top.
