How long does it take for a response from activate@stardock.com

Support issue

Hi Everyone,

Great game. However, I'm one of the few people in America that doesn't have internet access from their house. I know its 2006, but I need another bill like another hole in the head. Anyway, I followed the steps provided in the sticky to get an offline computer to activate the latest patch 1.1. At the bottom it states it takes 16 hours or so (unless you've submitted the info over the weekend) before you get a response. I sent my first email with the information back on 4/29/06. Yes, its a Saturday and I've waited the whole week without getting a response. Is this normal? Sorry about being a pest, I just want to play. I've registered my product and resubmitted the info requested. Can you at least confirm that you've received my information? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'll have the support team check to see what's going on with your request. I know this should be automated at this point, so something probably went wrong

Check your spam blocking software . .  stuff gets caught up in those fairly often.

: I've sent you an email regarding your untimely activation response. Chances are, this didn't make it to its intended destination as you should've definitely received a response by now . As BoogieBac mentioned, activation is an automated process now, though this change was as of Tuesday at around 2pm earlier this week.

Please be aware that if you send an email to activate@stardock.com and don't receive a response within a reasonable amount of time, be sure to let us know something's awry and shoot a message over to support@stardock.com. We'll have the issue resolved as fast as humanly possible!
