How long do I have to wait?

I just want to be activated

OK, so here I am waiting for stardock to send a reply to my activation request email. Can't play the game. Just waiting, and waiting.

I sent my request on Monday in the AM, it is now Thursday in the PM and I'm still waiting.

Anybody else using the email method to activate? How long did you have to wait?

Stardock - what's the problem? Why do I have to wait and wait and wait?

: I sincerely apologize for the delay. Please be aware that I've sent you an email concerning this situation, with hopes to have this resolved asap.

I was unable to locate the email you had sent. Please be sure to direct requests to activate@stardock.com. The activation by email process is now automated so if you don't receive a timely response, it didn't get to where it was going. In such a situation, you might want to shoot an email over to support@stardock.com.
