Does GalCiv II have a decent manual?

And if so, please tell me it's not just a pdf

Old time GalCiv player, been buried in MMO-world for a long time but jonesing again for that TBS fix. Been having a great time with Civ IV, but I see that GalCiv II is out now and I was a big fan of 1 so I'm considering buying this. Question: is there a decent manual this time around, or even one at all? Please no flames about the case against manuals and in favor of pdfs, it's just a question.

It is just a PDF if you get the download. If you get it in the store, you get a nice print copy of said PDF. In any case, the official wiki is a much better source of info. It can be found at this link: https://www.galciv.wikia.com

The manual looks quite good, and is often amusing, but it can't always be trusted...

Buy this game...

I received my used copy of collectors edition 5 days ago, and since I got it, I play it intensively. It's good because I'm on vacation too, but I should be looking for a job instead of playing this...

Is the manual “decent”? Yes

However, it does have incorrect information and the game is still extremely complex. I find it best to read the manual and play a few games with a small galaxy size. If you blunder around enough you will figure it out soon enough.

Oh, and buy the game too.
