Window Blinds Showing Program On Start-Up

My blinds program is showing up like a splash screen on start up. It has never done this before. Is there something that I'm missing or should be changing..??

I assume you mean the WB Configuration dialog appears spontaneously. If WB is being called from more than one place during startup, this would be the expected behavior - is there a link to WB in your Startup Folder by chance? I've also seen this on occasion after a WB update, but usually only with the first reboot.
