Sort Order Error in Civilization Manager Planet List

I believe I have spotted a flaw in the sorting of planets by social production; double-clicking the column header to sort lowest to highest leaves one planet out of place. An example screen shot is below; the planet named "Dither" is out of place. I also copied the quicksave I took before taking a break to post this, so I can send it to someone if I need to do so.


I apologize if this is posted incorrectly, but I read (the first few posts of) each sticky in "Support & Bugs," so more clarity of policy might be in order if I did. I also searched for the same problem and did not find any posts regarding it.
