Hi, this is D. Arnaez. Ok this is the second time that this problem happen. The first time someone in the Stardock Team took time to resolve it. This time I haven't the same luck. Me and Aroche was wrote to admin, support guys but nothing change. The problem start when I buy any subscription for to gifr to some one. The first time was with Aroche's information. After to gift it my personal information was changed for him. As I said... this problem then was fixed. Two month after that, I bought a subscription for Nicolas Arnaez, my son. And again... my personal information was changed but this time.. not for him but my friend Aroche, again. You will see wrong my "real name", "email", "Access Class" and "Location".

I'm sorry for to do it public but he and me were writing to the support team but nobody answer, neither the problem is fixed. So PLEASE!!!

Can you email sales@stardock.com with your information and I will look into this and correct it for you?

The webstore has a checkbox for "this purchase is for another user," or something to that effect. If not checked, all of your previous accounts will likely transfer over to the new user information.
