Control Panel not skinned

Hello there,

I've purchased iconpackager 3.10 for some times ago and recently i have found a set of icon called vista icon pack 2.0.
This pack has contained some icons for the control panel,however after using the iconpackager, only some of them were skinned(like fonts,system management tools) but most of them(like the mouse,keyboard,display,windows update icon and more) were not skinned.
What's wrong?
I have already checked the control panel box in icon packager but it does not work

Does the icon package you have downloaded actually contain those control panel icons? If so, you need to make sure the Control Panel checkbox is ticked, and then reapply your theme.
