Start menu flashes/blinks briefly when skinned WB 5

When I apply a skin... when I click on the START button on my taskbar and the task menu pops up it often flashes or blinks briefly... It looks really sloppy.

Does anyone else have this happening? It's not a big deal but if there is a way to fix it I'd like to know! It can get kind of annoying and it looks sloppy.

It occasionally does the same thing on mine. I have just been ignoring it. Would be curious to know why it does this and if it can be fixed.

Yep, this issue has been mentioned in here several times but I've not seen any response from Stardock about it. Whether or not they are looking into it or not Neil Banfield or some other Stardock employee would have to verify.
