I have ArtRage 1.1 and it's a blast. I, of course, suck when it comes to any kind of art but this app made being sucky much more fun.

I'm in.

To be honest Zubaz, you have me beat. You are actually quit good. Welcome to the contest! It will be alot of fun! And btw, how's that sweet girl Miri of yours doing?
Sorry for the double post.

Those were mostly brush tests. If I try . . .well . .. we'll see.

Miri is great. She now owns tons of hats {because we have to keep her out of the sun}. As far as she knows, every day is dress-up day.

This is her favorite one:

Now back to your regularly scheduled topic.

Now that's what I call a work of art. You can hardly tell anymore. I am so happy. Give her a hug for me!
Great to see her so well healed! Excellent! Congrats!

Z,if those are brush tests, I've even got to try this!
The first is quite good, and would probably be able to go on the wall here at the Art Museum!

Cindi, I guess I'll have to make a try at this, or at least let the kids do their thing!
My eight-yr-old son just got his work on the wall as Hon. Mention here...maybe I'll get w/him on this!

First things first: learning 'Publisher' for my daughter to get her term paper lined out...

I downloaded it. I will instal it and play around with it. Maybe even enter the contest. I also might show one of my potential clients this little program thingy. It might be useful for them.

Now this is starting to get somewhere . It's all about having a little bit of fun and looking at things in a different perspective......

What's a good resolution?
The TabletPC I use only has 1024x768 and that's teh resolution it's set at.

Should I change anything?

Should the upload be a *.ptg file or a *.ptg AND something else?

Zubaz, That is a very good question. I will edit the thread to reflect that if I am able to. The size you can make walls is not dependent on your monitor resolution. The resolution for the contest needs to be 800x600. The format can be the standard jpg, bmp, ect. When the contest is over you can upload your wall in any or all of the resolutions from 800 to 1600. We look forward to your entry!

This is hard.

I like really smooth walls . . . and ArtRage's focus is on natural brushes and canvas and such.

The trick (for me) is going to be something that shows off the tools in the free package without causing a distraction as a wall.

Grrrr!!! Whoose idea was this anyway?
