Right mouse button problem

I just replaced my mouse wth a Logitech MX1000 Laser Cordless Mouse. Nice mouse, but I lost the rotating function of the right mouse button.
I can reassign any button except for number 1 and 2, and I figure the second mouse button's default function works to rotate in GalCiv. So, why did mine stop working? The zoom functions work fine, as does scrolling, just not the rotate. Never mind - it's working now.
