building problem... (not a bug, but annoying)

any way i can set it so that it jumps to soil enhancement/habitat improvement/terraforming LAST??
because i find it annoying having to click on every green square to build something there after it jumps to a tile which needs upgrading to be useable...
any help?
(no spamming about me being a lazy git who doesnt like spending extra time clicking a bit more
