Beta Problem

We need a search function in the forums

Yeah so my question is: Since Upgrading to the beta, I've noticed that my game starts to get REAL choppy for no reason. Prior to upgrading to it it was fine, i could play on GIANT galaxies for a long time without a problem, (Crashes aside this is the only REAL huge problem). It DOES get to the point where it's near unplayable. So i'm curious is anyone is having the problem? If not then i can concentrate on my end, but if it's a known problem i can patiently sit by and wait.

Again as the Subtitle says, a Search function that searches the Posts contents (not just the title) would be helpful.

I've never had to reply to my own thread to get it to show up, are you posting through SDC or a web browser?

no such problem here (about forum posts not showing without replying)
I'm using firefox 1.5.0.2

there is a search function on the left just above the "WEB POLL" on galciv2.com
