Stardock Central - help

I can't log in!

There doesn't seem to be a forum specifically for Stardock Central, so I guess I'll put this here...

I bought GalCiv 2 as a download, and then proceeded to set up my Stardock.net account and to download and install Stardock Central.

But when I try to log in to Stardock Central, I get the following error in a message box:

I've waited for two days now to see if the system would fix itself (for the record, if I type a wrong password, I a different error:

---------------------------
Your registration information has been located, but the
password you have entered is invalid.

Please check you have entered your correct information.
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------
So I think I have the password right at least)

Anyone seen this happen? Any solutions? I'd like to get to playing the game I bought 2 days ago!

Well, I finally figured it out.

Apparently stardock central doesn't like passwords with question marks in them.

It would be nice if that was mentioned somewhere - it works fine to log into the forums or anywhere else, just not stardock central!
