Http Exception 0x80004005

Why am I getting this error all the time? IT happened before I wiped my hard drive & now it is happening again!

Why am I getting this error? I paid my 19.95 for the browser to WinCustomize site. I get the error in both my regular browser & in the wincustomize browser. It is 4 am in the morning, it cannot be busy now. Did I waste my 19.95?

The servers have been having problems recently and the new servers are due to be installed later this week.
