1.3B - Race Unhappy & Treaty Screen Bugs

Two new bugs I've found in the Beta today:
1: Suddenly, without any warning, my entire race went from at least 45% approval to 1%. When I tried setting the tax rate to the minimum, everybody was still at 1%. This happened just after the *ahem* Pokemon event on one of my planets. (I presume this to be a bug, anyway!)
2: On the treaty screen, my race was shifted to just beyond the top left of the screen, and all the treaty lines went up there. This happened at the start of the game, then after a while resolved itself.
Both happened in (my first) metaverse game. I have .sav files for both, and a .err for the morale one. Let me know if you want them, and I'll e-mail them.
