Trouble with Windowblinds 5

My Windowblinds 5 was working perfectly fine before I installed WindowFX. After the installation and uninstallation of the software WindowFX, Windowblinds says that my graphic card no longer supports acceleration of per pixel alpha. I have checked my graphic card but found no problems. I wonder if WindowFX changed some options or anything in the graphic card. Here is the orginial statement of Windowblinds in the Sytem Information section.

This is because :
Your computer graphics hardware does not support acceleration of per pixel alpha. WindowBlinds requires this for per pixel alphablended borders as without it performance would be poor. Please see if you can obtain new drivers for your graphics hardware. Recent ATI & NVIDIA boards should support this feature. Onboard graphics tend not to.

PLEASE report all this information when submitting a problem report, especially anything related to per-pixel skinning. We don't know what's in that Dell you bought last July or the notebook with integrated graphics the office gave you. Per-pixel skinning requires your drivers to at least claim to support the SB_PIXEL_ALPHA flag in the SHADEBLENDCAPS structure.

P.S. My laptop is not Dell and I did not buy it last July 
. I am using a HP laptop with Radeon Mobility X700. Again, it was working fine before the installation and uninstallation of WinFX.
