IconPackager v3.10, Apogee Icons & IconX v1.1

Incompatability issue?

I've recently upgraded to IconPackager v3.10 and installed the Apogee Icon Suite, all works fine. When I try to launch IconX v1.1 though, I get the following error:


IconX.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.


Drilling into the what the error report contains, I see this:


AppName: iconx.exe AppVer: 0.0.0.0 ModName: directgui.dll


ModVer: 2.0.0.0 Offset: 00008b04


I've tried reinstalling IconX but get the same issue.


Any ideas?
