Menu Blacked Out

Can someone tell me why with some skins, namely; 5imple Alpha, A Touch Of Glass 3.1 and DogmaX4, that I know of, won't display the menu when I right-click on my desktop, taksbar or system tray icons? It is blacked out.

I really like these skins and have also just paid for the registered version, WindowBlinds 5 Enchanced, and am quite dissapointed that they are 'faulty'.
