Weird Screwup in Military Construction on a Planet

One of my planets won't finish the item in its military construction queue. This started after I'd purchased a Constructor at it, and then realized that I'd just researched Impulse Drives, and so I changed the item in the queue to the new type of constructor, whcih cost ~5 bc more. It said it would be done the next turn. But it wasn't.

It's sat at "0 Turns" to completion for quite a while now, and never gets anything done. Interestingly, it displays "0 Turns" for any ship I tell it to build, even ones that cost much more than the constructor I told it to buy. I had it build nothing for a couple turns to see if that would clear it up, but no. It still displays "0 turns" for anything I tell it to build. I've saved and quit and reloaded, and it's still messed up. This is kind of annoying, since it's a medium map, so I don't have all that many planets and I'd like for this one to be able to build ships.

Has this happened to anyone else? Is there a solution? If you're Stardock (or, more likely, just happen to work for them), who should I send my saved game (which I presume you'd like) to?

0 turns bug needs the ship to be re-purchased. It would be useful if you would post your computer's information, but I doubt that's it. oh, and Stardock is about 26 people don't forget. Or over two dozen anyway. Finally, for future posts, you need to bump it. If it doesn't work on re-purchase, crash the game (alt+tab, then force the game to close) and get a debug.err

Incidentally, which version are you running? I recall seeing this bug somewhere
