I cannot obtain GalCiv 2!!

Hi all,

I am wondering whether GalCiv 2 is in short supply, because I have ordered the game several weeks ago and it still hasnt come yet. This is the case from several stores.
Any help would be appreciated.

I suppose it depends on the stores in question and where you live. According to our reports, the channel's pretty full right now.

Yes, well, I live in the United Kingdom (Norfolk) and I have used CD- WOW!! (www4.cd-wow.com)
It is also the case with Play.com (www.play.com) and they have posted Temporarily Unavailable; Will be Dispatched on Arrival.

Thanks, more confirmation would be greatly accepted.

Hmmm. You UK folks should submit to the evil empire that is Wal-Mart and let them build a few million stores near you. They seem to have sucked up most of the initial copies of this game. I couldn't get it from many local retailers here for up to four days past release, and then an employee of the company I had pre-ordered it with let me know he'd seen a copy in Wal-Mart when he was there last. I bought the last one they had on their shelves at the time and yesterday when I went in they had another 4 or 5 copies on the shelves.

i to live in the uk and got my copy off ebay as soon as it was released.However most of the traders and online stores had sold owt and just said awaiting for more copys 2-3 weeks so i just shopped around til i got a next day delivery 1.I dont think retailers expected the demand to be so high so i think they only got a few in stock

I also live in the UK. Try Amazon.com - UK branch - they seem to have it. That was where I purchased it 8 days ago!

Oh wait, never mind, www.play.com have now got it in stock.
