Wincustomize browser

I can loggin with my wincustomize browser but can't update the library's. They came like there's no update. I can't even enter the subscribers resources, it gives me an error "COM object with CLSID {73A90732-C225-45C3-8E15-C6DA441FDDA0} is either not valid or not registered."

copy the library .ini file to somewhere then delete the one in the WC browswer folder. if it works, you can delete the copy...if it doesn't, at least you made a copy

i have same problem ,i think it is win server problem ,i think not had problems before with wincustomize browser till this evening and getting error logging into your win acount mmmm .

I have been emailing them all week and  have not heard yet. I emailed from my msn account it was undeliverable I tried it again still the same tthing.
