New statistical fleet combat simulator

Hello,

Hopefully it should be fairly obvious how it works:

It's like a more heavyweight version of Darth Kyro's excellent simulator, except it runs the battle lots of times, it's not as pretty, and it needs Java It's also like Saber Cherry's stunning simulator, but simulates whole fleets and is an applet rather than command line.

You can select how many simulations to run (10,000 is the default), for a close battle you want to run at least 1000 simulations, less if you have lots of ships. Much less than that and you're only accurate to the nearest 10%

It gives you a report with lots of information such as how much damage each ship class in the fleet received and took on average, as well as how much "cost" was dealt and taken (i.e. what it would cost to replace the ships lost).

It also gives a remarkably useful "cost ratio" which is how much cost was inflicted on the enemy versus how much was taken. Which it gives for the fleet as a whole and for each different ship class.

You can run the simulations both with initiative "balanced" i.e. one round is played with attackers firing first, next round with defenders and so on. Or with initiative unbalanced, where attackers always fire first.
