Download Failed in SDC
Skins always fail to download

I have been subscribing to OD for years now and this issue is a first for me. I got a new laptop and have been trying to get it as 'form fitting' as my old one was.
Anyways, I am using SDC 2.30.284 Build 120 and when I click on any skin to download it, it flips to the download screen and the skin shows a "Failed" status. Trying to restart it gives the same status. I have tried right-clicking to get the URL (https://www.wincustomize.com/download.asp?p=sb&LibID=1&skinid=5559&file=Alone.wba&source=1) and then pasting it into a browser window, but I get the following error:
Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a004c'
Path not found
/LM/W3SVC/317537995/Root/global.asa, line 25
I can still get the skin by manually going to it in WC, but obviously that is not optimal.
Any ideas?
