Where are the dreadlords

Is there a setting on the gigantic galaxy map that allows you to play the dreadlords?

That's not true peace phoenix, you can set the scenario to "dread lords on parade", where the only goal is to wipe out the Dread Lords.

Dreadlord? that is the only race I will never try to play them! Eventhugh they have all their research advanced, but building those HD industry sectors will take forever, and as it is been said, if you playing a campaign involve with dread lord, once you get enough technology and ships, you rush regardless of your economic. And you will have a high chance to invade their planet with ease. But remember, if those sector are most likely not even been build or in process of building, and once it reach your hand, those new technology will still take a really long time to build, and expansive to buy! Overall, I think Dreadlord is good, only the population is higher, and building take shorter time to build! And it is definitely not a good race to play if you only spend a couple hours in each game.

I enabled them using the scenario editor, along with all 10 races, myself as the custom race and using the control+shift+d cheat to bring in all possible minor races
