Silica Webcam URL not working

Can't figure out how to get this thing to display a webcam pic. I'm guessing the problem is that the URLs I find of webcams online are actually the URLs of the pages that include the cam, not the cam itself. But I can't figure out how to find the cam's actual URL. Is this possible, or is the widget more for someone's personal cam?

It's necessary to use the image address, not the web page address in this widget.

Right-click the cam image itself & copy the image address. Start the widget & right-click its screen. Select Properties & paste the address into the URL box. Find the webcam refresh rate on the web page & set the widget Update Interval to that time span (approx).

The widget can't handle webcams that use streaming output. The format has to be a static image that gets refreshed at set intervals.
