Who wants to help a noob?

Umm not framiliar with any scripts and noob to customizing. I would like to try to put into preexisting widgets and links to make like a side bar sort of thing... any one wanna start the frusturating task?

P.S i dont want to follow annoying tutorials

Find a widget you like.
Open it in dx builder.
Ask questions.

Repeat.

I want to like attach the widgets to a bar although i dont know how to make a bar or even know if it is possible to do this...

a bar is just a layer.

create what you want the bar itself to look like in a graphics program. save it.

create a new object - leave it as a layer, default appearance - browse to your pic. ta da..a bar
