Chrome SpecForce Demo Eula warning

The word "StarForce" and "copy protection" ... for a demo?

I've been wondering about the Chrome Specforce demo.  If it does install StarForce , I won't be trying it, since this isn't my own machine, and I don't want to be making a friend's machine slower.


Does anyone know whether the demo available from totalgaming installs StarForce, or not?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have removed the Chrome SpecForce demo as it does contain StarForce.  I missed this initially since the StarForce drivers aren't actually fully installed until after you reboot your system, so it's possible to install and play the game before they hit your system.
