Unable to register retail version

Hi,
I am unable to register a retail version of GalCiv. It has been just bought in EBGames in Finland and it's labelled as Limited Edition. The information on game box says that serial allows to downlad "exclusive Collectors Edition content" but actually I am unable to register it at all neither via galciv2.com nor via Stardock Central. When I am trying to enter my serial into Collectors Edition field on registration page it just reports some ASPX error, in Startdock Central it says the serial is invalid. Already tried to replace zeros with Os
