Windows Media player skin problem

I am currently using the latest version of Windows Media player, and have the WindowBlinds v4.51.

When I load a skin using WindowBlinds on Media Player, it creates a problem closing the program. The program will close, then flicker back on and off every few seconds. The task will appear and disappear from the Task Manager Processes window.

If I disable the skin and reboot, the problem stops. It is only if the skin has been active since the last reboot. Media Player performs normally otherwise.
