Altered Taskbar Issues

Ok, here's my problem. I downloaded and installed DesktopX and tryed out several themes. After I realized WindowBlinds was more of what I wanted I uninstalled DesktopX. Before adding any other Stardock software (Even WindowBlinds) I noticed my taskbar vanishes when a window is maximized, so that only the window is visible. Thanks in advance -

Right click on your taskbar...select properties, check..keep taskbar on top of windows. Or check/uncheck show hide taskbar.
