Direct Skin BUG?

Problem with ToolWindow forms in .NET

I am experiencing a problem with Direct Skin when I attempt to implement the skins in an application that contains a form of type ToolWindow.

The form launches, however it seems to have some strange transparency issues (at times) and basically causes the parent window to hang.

Wondering if this is a known bug or some know issue with ToolWindows?
