Yahoo mess problem

i have problem with window blind and yahoo

from Stardock Forums
When i put any skin with windows blinds, then when i right click on yahoo messenger tray icon it automaticly closes yahoo messenger. it is not due to yahoo because when i apply skin with style xp it runs normlally.

Yahoo Messenger is one of the few apps that doesn't work well with WB

open WB configure - click per application on the left

add Yahoo Messenger - in the settings have WB exclude it from skinning

Halo all, I encounter the same problem (i.e. crashing of YIM with WindowBlinds 5) ... I've added YIM into the list of exclusion (Per applicant Setting) and chose "Ignore this application and donot skin it" ... but the problem still goes on

Oh, I solved the problem with Yahoo Messenger... But I'm using Multi Yahoo to open multiple instances of YIM ... and this is the one who couldnt get along well with WindowBlinds ... I add it in exlusion list and do the same as above described but it's not working at all

I've had to exclude MSN premium too. It works, but the sign in menu doesn't work if you choose to switch members. No biggie though. Easy enough to do.

I don't have Yahoo messenger in the " Per Application " and it skins just fine. But, I did have this problem ( yahoo closing down ) with certain versions of yahoo messenger when upgrades took place. I just uninstalled/reinstalled and older version and problem solved.( I used a 6.0 version)
Older versions of messenger are available at freecreed site .
