[Ideas]Some new square bonuses

That would be fun if squares' bonuses would be more various, and not always positive and surely with levels for each(like 100/200/300 or so), such as:
Hostile natives/Radiation: +% build time
Friendly terrain: +N% to build speed
Valuable Minerals: +N% to economy
Unstable tectonic: +N% maintenance
Polluted fields: nearby squares farm improvements only half effective
Equator-close: bonus to shipbuilding if starport is built on this square
Troublesome logistics: +N% to purchase cost
Easy site access: -N% to purchase cost
Surely due to overall lack of squares there should be some combinations of some bonuses, not such powerful like +700% and +300 research but something like +100 manuf and +N% to maint to balance things as well as -N% to purchase cost and +100% to research.

-Heavy Cover: Any defence building add +N% soldiering
-Historical zone: +N% to loyality if used.
-Good drop site: Any defence building subtract N% soldiering
-Rare gems: +N% to trade income within chosen world's radius
-Polluted zone: -N% to trade income within chosen world's radius(danger of infection)
Bonuses for zones, gained by Soil Enrichment, Habitat and Terraforming:
-Ruined Temple: +N% Tourism income if used, +N% research
-Ancient radioactive junkyard: -N% pop growth if used, +N% Research, +N% maint cost
-Subterranian farm: +N%Food, +N% built time
