Help me please

I just ordered the digital download of galactic civ 2. My serial number doesn't work. What do I do? I downloaded the stardock central thing and it keeps saying that my serial doesn't work. Either this gets sorted out or I want a refund. I have the order form and copy/pasting the information still doesn't work. What do I do?

If you havn't already, try contacting support@stardock.com with this issue. Sometimes your account info will be off for some reason, and it jsut takes a bit of help on our end to get things properly linked up - I dont know how accounts are handled, otherwise I'd help ya
