Restore default XP Skin

Please help...

Okay here is my problem... I installed WindowBlinds 5 and used it some time. All went very well.
But after I deinstalled it I realised that my default Windows XP Skin was different from the one I had before using the tool.
Maybe these Pictures help you...

My Problem now:

The one marked with 1 is how it should look like.
The other one marked with 2 is how it looks like at the moment.
I hope this helps to describe it.
Please help me.

kinda looks like a icon spacing change.

right click desktop - properties - appearance - advanced - open the items drop down list and compare the icon vertical and horizontal spacing between your examples 1 & 2
