Starport not workin

On me manufacturing capital planet i upgraded my starport to one of those hyperion starports and now i cant launch ships, so i though the hyperion starport didnt act as a starport as well and tryed to build anotehr one, i couldnt. Just couldnt find the icon for any of the available squares. Im still new to this game so maybe im just stupid but please let me know if this is not a bug.

You say you upgraded to the Hyperion Shipyard? I think you must have replaced it. You still need the starport as the Hyperion Shipyard just adds speed to ships built at that planet.

yea well it wont let me build another starport. I have 1 more open square and it wont let me, and i cant demolish/replace any of the others, the starport icon is just not there.
