which specific bonus items will appear in game if I have the collectors edition?

Several extra ship components under the "extras" tab. Everything under this tab is just decoration for your ships. The ones that come with the collector's edition are labeled "Special Structure".

hmm...I don't see anything labeled "special structure," yet I have a collectors edition box...

Have you downloaded the 'enable collectors edition' file in the downloads section? This enables the extras after you enter your collectors ed serial

hmm, I thought I did that step but I guess not...anyway, everythings a-ok, I've got all the CE items...yay
