The Imperial Guard gathered round the wounded Emperor BlueSteel for the Last Stand.

"Save yourselves," gasped Blue. His brow glistened with the Beads of Heroicism

Evil Steve eyed the faithful. The faithful eyed him back.

"We must leave this place, so that we might fight again", roared Evil.

Evil Steve threw down the Teaspoon of Endless Toil, opened the Trousers of Endless Soil Capacity, and moved the Wooden Horse of Endless Gymnastic Fortitude.

An escape tunnel.

"While you lot have been trying to beat maso, I've been making a fortune smuggling illegal contraband!", roared Evil financially.

"Huzzah!", roared the Imperial Guard.

Evil hauled the wounded Blue up onto his weary shoulders.

"Are you with me?" roared Evil laconically. "Or am I going to die of embarrassment?"

Theres no hard feelings from me Blue, and no shame in joining up with us again.
I know your feelings on the matter, but you'll forever be apart of us ANZACs.

So only two of us so far Evil... guess we wait and see if others rejoin, maybe the ANZAC spirit hasn't died in the metaverse just yet!

The tasks of the agent - part 2.

The agent's ship engines were straining again. It was just two days since he left to roam the milky way galaxy for the terrorist known as Koala, last smelt of freshly brewed beer. In their last encounter the agent tossed Koala into a large pot of fresh goldstar beer, mixed with jaunty herbs according to bluesteel's reciepe. However, the agent has been proved careless for the first time - he did not check to see his victim perished, a mistake that so far had ironically saved the agent life from countless villians.

But now the hunt for the Koala must stop, again. A message beckons from Earth. The capitol of the European Alliance and it's lord, G-force, calls. Again, there will be no cavity searchs on the way back.

"Yes, my liege?" Called the agent, terridly. This trips must stop.

"Ah, Harel. So good of you to come."

"I did not have a choice, lord. My ship is rigged with a remote-detonation anti-matter bomb".

"Ah, quite so. Forgot about that. So sorry. I will have to remove it before long. But budget cuts, you know, so hard to get a proper anti-matter bomb removal squad those days".

"You are ranting again, oh lord."

"Oh, was I? Well, you see, we have a small rodent problem on the planet XXX-B".

"Ah, the "no one cares" planet. They have a lovely opera house".

[beaming] "Ah, you surely know you're galaxy, Harel. Have you been to "no one cares" lately?"

"Recently. They had a problem with some sort of hopping vermin."

"And you have dispatched with them?"

"Naturally, lord".

"Tell me, Harel" and here the president tone, for the first time, actually took on a cunning, intelligent voice "why is it that everything you kill seem to pop up again?"

"Lord?"

"First, Koala. Next, those kengroos. What's going to be next, George Bush intelligence? The west bank? The hola-hop?"

[grit teeth]

"Do not worry, sir. This time, I will make sure the job is done."

"Good man. Remember, space kengroos must die".

"Yes, lord." [sigh]

ok good - we've got a core group of active players. now we need to recruit, concentrating on the ex's. until further notice the old Republic Laws are still active:

1. 3 games a month and a story or two = senator

the current logo does look like a mullet. all senator please email suggested logo's etc and we'll work something out
