I have a feeling that the OP is not familiar at all with forums, and most likely does not speak English.

I run a few forums and often see, for example, German speakers click on the "Report" button instead of "Submit", which just reports an offensive post to the moderator or administrator instead of submitting the post. Apparently "Report" must look like the word for submitting a post in German. Might be a similar thing here.
