All planets are class 0?
Possibly a stupid newbie question...

Hi all,
I've just started my first game of GalCiv II, and while it looks like great fun, I've not yet come across any unoccupied planets that aren't class 0. I left all the initial galaxy settings untouched, as recommended on this site, but so far I haven't come across any non class 0 worlds, except for other civilizations home worlds. Can any one help out my poor colony ship?
