Scorring problem!!

The game does not stimulete players to finihes the game early, like in civ4 scorring system. whic i find annoyng. I played on large map i finished the game in 6 years an m scorr is 31000 very close to 26000 whic is the scorr that i had playng on medium map. So tell me plase how can i perform a good scorring???

1) More people/planets under your control that are in a good mood at the end of the game.
2) More enemy ships killed than your personal ships killed.
3) More technologies researched and stolen than other civs.
4) Better tax rate and income than other civs. (A positive cash flow each turn)
5) Time time time... the longer your civ can support the criteria above the higher the score.

Given 1 - 5, huge and gigantic with abundant planets and stars can give a veritible plethora of points and from the scores I have seen on the MV if you got the time, MV's got the beer.

A hard look is being given to the scoring system on the MV with all fixes being retroactive and applying to scores already submitted, so expect changes, especially in the area of skill level I would imagine.

Yes the score ssytem is totally TIME baised..... One day mayeb after Im fired from my job, I will play a GIGANTIC map on slow research.... Till then I will have to live with 16k score :/
